Our sleeping needs were analysed with the sleep machine. It worked out the firmness of the mattress that we needed. I was very impressed. Also I was impressed subsequently, with the selection of mattresses we were asked to try out.

We were approached as soon as we entered the store by Ollie who talked us through finding the right mattress . He was professional helpful and very knowledgeable!!! Excellent service from start to finish ! He even offered us after sale service if we had any questions at any time .

The safety measures in place at the store were very good. Booking an appointment to keep numbers of people in the store to a minimum was very reassuring. I was very impressed with the Sleep Match machine which identified the type of mattress we needed. The selection in the store was impressive.
