Dreams - Reading

My experience buying a new mattress was highly satisfactory for a few reasons. The colleague who helped me (Sam), was friendly, knowledgeable an considerate. He set us up on the machine to find the best type of mattress for us, and helped us to find options within our budget very well. Overall honestly the experience was pleasant, and I wouldn't go anywhere else now! Thanks Sam!

Tom and Steve were extremely helpful and professional

I was immediately made welcome when I entered the store. The salesman Steve listened carefully to my needs and assured me he could help. My requirements were quite specific, so it was easy to get a clear understanding of the costs involved. Automatic bed assessment system was quite fun and gave me confidence that the correct mattresses would be recommended. After being shown 5 potential mattresses Steve discreetly left me to test each option. I felt under no pressure and easily made my decision on the one I felt suited me. The next steps were easy to arrange delivery, removal of the old mattress and payment. Was also impressed with your recycling policy. Would certainly recommend Dreams in Reading to friends and family. Thank you.

Staff at Dreams store we visited were very friendly and they guided us in finding the right product that we were looking for, really helpful staff. We have been looking around for Bed and Mattress at various places in Reading, but Dreams Stand out for us. Other places we have been visiting the staff were more pushy in getting the sales deal done, but in Dreams store we were given our own space and time to look at the product and decide, there was no pressure sales pitch, this helped us in independently choosing bed and mattress that is right for our requirement. Well done to the staff at Dreams, you made our visit worthwhile

Quality of products - we went to 6 furniture stores before we found a bed we liked in Dreams! The sales woman was brilliant, offered just the right amount of help without being at all pushy to make a sale.

The lady who helped us, Claire I think was very helpful, understanding and had good knoladge about all the products, we were very satisfied with the service
