Dreams - Reading

I was greeted immediately and explained what I was after and my issue with a bad back each morning. I exlained i had never put thought into a mattress before so didn't know a lot. I was told all about what was best and used the mattress test machine, once that was done with my budget known I was shown 3 and tested them all. I was very happy with one and I ordered, hopefully I'll know if its right after 30 days if not ill try again.

I was delighted with the sales man he listen to my medical needs and selected the beds that would be right for me. He let me try them out for as long as I needed. Very friendly keeped 2 meters away at all times.

On entering the Reading store, the Covid-19 signs were very clear and hand sanitiser available to use; we felt safe and everyone was wearing masks. Ollie welcomed us. Throughout the whole time, he was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about Dreams products. I had a mattress type in mind but knew I would rely on advice from Dreams and Ollie knew exactly what to suggest. I tried the Dreams machine then went on to try many different mattresses before deciding on the one to buy. I had a budget in mind but was also mindful that quality costs so although it was a big purchase for me, I was prepared! Once I tried all the different types to compare, it was clear Ollie helped me make the right choice.
