Dreams - Reading

Oliver (I believe is the staff member’s name) was very welcoming and really listened to our needs/found out what we needed. He got us straight onto the machine to assess the best options - which really surprised us. He helped narrow down our options and provided different price brackets once we’d tried a few mattresses. Covid-19 measures were in place too - other companies have hardly any - so this was very reassuring. He even managed to get some bonus bits for us which we were very much grateful for given the price of the mattress and wait time for it. We had viewed beds previously at Dreams but there was a severe lack of wooden storage bed options, which was a shame. We would, however, consider Dreams again for mattresses and we’d recommend to others (we already have recommended it some people!).

The lady who assisted us at the Reading store, Penny, was extremely friendly and knowledgeale about the products. She had a lot of patience while our two children were trying out different mattresses and even let us test the "simulator" to see what type of mattress we ought to go for. Having ordered one mattress, which was at the discount price at a very good price (50% off) we came back within the day to order another one! I only wish the mattresses could arrive sooner than the 3 weeks but I think it's a reasonable amount of time. Thanks for everything!
