Such good service. Loved the computer generated mattress. Did not feel hurried, very relaxing time.

I am elderly, live alone and have recently moved to the area. I had a long telephone conversation with Sales Assistant Olly before I ventured to visit the store. He was very understanding and helpful. The day I made my visit was Olly's day off, however his colleague, Penny, was equally friendly and helpful.

The young lady that assisted us was new to the business I was very helpful. When she was unsure, she sought assistance from a more experienced colleague which is admirable.

excellent covid guidance. Staff friendly and informative eager to find the correct bed for you, and make sure you are happy with your choice. I found a bed that makes me feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud.
