The manager Steve showed us round and made us very welcome. He took a great pride in his work and was friendly and knowledgeable. He impressed us with his professionalism.

The staff member took us through the sleep machine and then showed us mattresses that would fit our needs. Very helpful and knowledgable

I received so great customer service by Sam and I had my questions answered.

The assistant who helped us was delightful. He had the right balance of being very helpful, without invading our space. He was very knowledgeable and able to deal with all the queries we had, in a very sensible, fun & professional way.

A good experience with attentive staff. We tested a lot of beds and we helped to decide the best bed for ourselves. The store was not crowded so we could take our time. We were offered refreshments and water.

It was great service from start to finish the person who helped me his name is Ollie and would like to thank him for the time he took to help me

From the time we entered the Rose Kiln Lane store in Reading Penny could not have been more helpful in choosing beds and mattresses and headboards we explained we are refurbishing our house and did not buy anything that day but she typed and printed out all we had chosen which was appreciated . We went back and met Georgia who was very good as we had to change one of our original choices she really went the extra mile we have ordered 1 of the beds etc today and also await the delivery and set up offered then when I got home decided to have the offer of removing our old bed so phoned up she could not have done more for us ….. well done Georgia excellent service we will wait and see and then order our second Bed etc . We also bought duvets and pillows based on her knowledge nothing was to much trouble …. I hope both these ladies get the feedback they deserve … Thankyou
