Penny at Reading was friendly, cheerful, helpful and efficient.

Ollie was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

I checked ahead if the item I was looking for was in stock. As soon as we walked in, we were approached straight away with a smile. Sam showed us how to lift and close the bed correctly. He was very helpful.

The store was clean and well presented. The staff member was excellent in helping select a mattress suitable for my requirements. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The necessary individual protective factors and distancing measures were addressed immediately and adhered to at all times. I was extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

The store itself is very spacious and allowed us enough time to look around comfortably. The sleep machine helped to narrow down our search, it was really useful as there are a lot of bed options and factors to determine when searching, so great use of technology. The salesman Ollie was so friendly and helpful to us, he helped us with the bed machine and then took us around to each bed. He really took the time to explain things and encouraged us throughout the process as he knows it's not easy to pick. We never felt rushed by him, just informed as he guided us along a process of elimination. Excellent service, thanks Ollie! Can't wait to test out our new mattress when it arrives.
