Samuel was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. Obviously he knew what he was talking about. He helped us to make the right choice. My partner and I were buying our first mattress and we left the shop very happy because we found a great quality and comfortable mattress for an excellent price.

The employee I spoke to was so understanding of the situation and gave us all the best knowledge about which mattress was best. He was efficient and friendly, I really enjoyed my visit.

The gentleman that’s helped us why we looked around store was very helpful and knowledgable great personality and special touch was a happy gentleman very chatty great bloke also he was trying to shove the product down our throats like bensons tried he was understanding to my needs very happy man with a smile top dog !

Our sales advisor, Claire, was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our needs and adjust recommendations based on our budget.

Sam was excellent attentive without intrusion informative patient clearly spoken. Obviously not experienced but that didn’t matter. It is exactly how retail sales should be. Really well done Dreams. Ian

Sam (served us) was friendly but not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He allowed us to very much take our time in testing & deciding upon the mattress we eventually purchased. He was also mindful at all times of the health & welfare of customers.

The only problem I had was that I wasn’t told about the removal of my old mattress & at the time I didn’t think to ask. I phoned into store when I thought about it & was told you can only arrange it at the time of ordering so it was too late. I’ve now got to find a way to discard it myself.
