Friendly staff member Dee and Alan covered our every need, both very knowledgeable and willing to help and make our visit as easy as could be

Richard was particularly helpful at every stage. The sleep analysis machine was also extremely useful in helping me choose an appropriate mattress. I was able to try several mattresses varying in cost and was supported to make a decision.

We were assisted by Richard who explained everything clearly and assisted us in choosing the mattress that suited our needs. He was friendly, knowledgable and polite without being over persuasive or pushy.

This is the 3rd mattress we have bought from Dreams in Caerphilly over the last couple of years. Coincidentally we have been served by Richard on each occasion. He such a friendly person, not pushy, but gives good advice. Makes us feel sure about our purchase. Always offers us a bottle of water! Would always recommend this store. Well laid out and easy to look around. Looking forward to the delivery of our new purchase.

The in store colleague at the Caerphilly branch, named Dee, took her time with us and really took all of our personal needs into account. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and had a good rapport instantly. She took us through the sleep analysis and showed us mattresses she felt would be a good fit, she got it spot on and we ordered same day. We also mentioned how our daughters had been complaining about their mattresses, Dee then showed us a mid price option that she felt would be good for them, we ended up buying two of those also on her recommendation. The whole store was cleanly, all staff were friendly that we interacted with however as Dee spent our entire visit with us, we have to single her out as spot on. She was a pleasure.

From the moment we stepped in the Store Dee the assistant made us at ease and her product knowledge was very competent. She understood our needs and was able to advise us on the right mattress for us. Everything was explained very well.
