Overall friendly staff and excellent customer service. Staff were very knowledgeable and we had a coffee while completing purchase.

Our visit to dreams was fantastic! The store assistant (Richard) was highly professional and knowledgeable! Answered every question we asked him no matter how silly it may have sounded. The time and effort he put in to our visit was fantastic and we left, having bought a new mattress and two pillows, feeling incredibly satisfied!

Alun was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened and gave options and advice.

The service was wonderful. We were offered a cup of tea and then showed the sleep activation bed, where I lay on the mattress and explained the procedure by the assistant Dee. She was very helpful indeed and knew the products inside out. We weren’t rushed at all and all our questions were answered effectively. A good morning’s work!
