Dreams - Caerphilly

We were greeted by Alun. He seemed very informed and put us first, no hard sales just asked what we wanted. He guided us throughout the store after using the comfort guide set by the sleep system. He asked about budget, timescales and immediately got us to try out matresses that were suited to us. Alun spent a lot of time with us and even went the extra mile when a friend couldn’t remember what mattress he had purchased that we were interested in trying. I’d be more than happy to have Alun assist us again in the near future. Well done Alun. Keep up the good work!!

The salesman, Richard was very helpful, very knowledgable, polite and made my wife and feel like valued customers. He even rang colleagues at other Dreams stores to confirm that the colour bed we were ordering, which was not in stock, was the same as another (different manufacturer’s) bed which was in store and we could view. By doing this he was able to put our minds at ease by being confident that we were ordering the colour bed we wanted. A huge thank you to him for ‘going the extra mile’ for us.

My wife and I went to the Caerphilly store looking for a Tempur mattress, our sales person was Dee she was very knowledgeable, allowed us to take our time, there was no hard sell from her which we liked, she was very patient and understanding ,we were very impressed.

All covid rules where adhered to, knowledge of products by the salesman Richard was excellent, He fully understood my needs . He recommended the right product for me. In honesty he stepped far beyond the usual salesman All the staff were friendly and courteous ,it therefore made shopping a pleasure not a chore

We were looking for a new mattress she put us on the mattress machine and then showed us what was suitable we told her we needed a deep mattress and she only showed us what we needed the lady was very helpful and that is why we bought she was not at all pushy

The assistance we received from Alan in the Caerphilly store was superb. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not too pushy when it came to selling us the product. There was plenty of choice and we bought exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely purchase from Dreams again.

Derry was very helpful and helped us purchase our perfect bed. Very happy with the 100 night try your mattress as I suffer with my back so I have peace of mind if the mattress isn’t right for me.
