Well set out every was explained enjoyed the finding the right bed experience the salesman was very good not pushy and answered our questions fully the store was clean and with everyone wearing masks and the pipe on the beds we felt safe

We visited the Caerphilly store earlier this week and we were helped by Dee who could not have been any more help, she assisted us from the moment we arrived and showed us all of our options. She was very friendly and approachable and we really appreciated all the help she gave us.

Richard was very friendly. He helped us use the machine to work out the type of bed required to suit me..informed pillows sanitised and could use paper also to.lie on. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered a number of different models and did not pressure us.

Assistant in the store was new to the position but you wouldn’t have known that due to his professionalism, knowledge and general persona.

I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful. They listened to our needs and gave us plenty of options, nothing was too much trouble, and they were patient with us.

I'm just a bit impatient, the service I was provided by your staff was 5 star. Excellent knowledge of your products and listened to our needs. Provided lots of options and didn't mind us going back to earlier options to retry them. Just having to wait nearly two months for the new bed to be delivered is a bit of a pain.

The lady who dealt with us Dee at Caerphilly store was really helpful ensured all covid rules were adhered to. Offered us drinks put us on the bed that looks at what mattress is best we were well impressed with Dee and the actual piece of equipment. We are planning on another visit as we were shown a piece of bedroom furniture we are planning on buying. Hopefully Dee will be available as she was really helpful.
