Dede was extremely helpful overall. We met dede at the merthyr store and due to her expertise we traveler to Caerphilly store when we were ready to place our order and dede was more than helpful to assit in any queries we had. Fantastic overall from start to finish would highly recommend dreams to friends and family if they were in need of a new mattress as dream helped us decide in what we wanted and made sure are needs were met.

The assistant who’s name was Richard was very helpful was not pushy in any way we when in the one day found what I wanted took my husband back the next he came and explained everything to my husband then left us to make up our mind .Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to friends.Very good service plus the time for it to come in.

When arriving at dreams we were greeted by a man called Steve. Steve couldn’t be anymore helpful and was very patient with us. As soon as Steve started to deal with us we knew the experience at dreams would be plain sailing and very welcoming. Steve was in no rush to get rid of us and was happy to take his time and help us thoroughly. And most importantly he was there to put us in the right direction to buying our new bed and it was a success!!.

Alun the sales person in the Caerphilly store was exceptionally helpful and made our experience much easier.
