The young girl took a keen interest in what I was looking for and she new her stuff. Very friendly and spent some time with me. She made me feel very important and wanted me to be happy with the bed I was to buy.

We visited dreams Northampton twice is 2 weeks. The first visit we spoke to Charles and we took the test to see what mattress the machine would recommend after Charlie’s went through all the different options he was really knowledgeable. We finally came to a mattress myself and my partner agreed on and were happy with. The next problem was picking a bed we both agreed on. Charles was really helpful as we were wanting a superking so really wanted to make sure it was perfect I think we mush have been in the shop well over an hour. We couldn’t decided between two beds so Charles did a quote for both beds with the mattress we wanted and we left. We went back the next week and were so happy Charles was there we had finally picked the bed and Charles customer service was fantastic we really felt at ease. Charles was fantastic making sure the bed was in stock and how quick they could deliver the bed. We even ordered the ottoman for the bed too. Overall a fantastic service by Charles and will definitely be going back.

The customer service assistant was polite, had good product knowledge and was able to find the right mattress for us with ease.
