The 'trial' bed was excellent and suggested a hardness of mattress that was in line with what I had previously thought would suit me. Shani was extremelly helpful, discussed the types of mattress within my budget, didn't try to push me into spending more than I could afford, and really seemed to understand what I wanted.

We were tested for the correct mattress and everything we looked at was well explained by Shani. She talked us through the different options without being pushy and she didn't make us feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way.

We were met as soon as we entered the shop and made to feel very much at ease also the assistant gave us the appropriate information about choosing our purchase. We were very satisfied with the assistant and her attention to us. Mr and Mrs Dale
