From the moment we walked into the shop we were looked after by Big Gary who seemed to have a lot of time for us . He took us through the choices that the machine selected for us and had no qualms on the amount of time we spent going back to beds we had already tried

The 'trial' bed was excellent and suggested a hardness of mattress that was in line with what I had previously thought would suit me. Shani was extremelly helpful, discussed the types of mattress within my budget, didn't try to push me into spending more than I could afford, and really seemed to understand what I wanted.
