My wife and I went in to buy a bed for my son. We were greeted by a member of staff who helped us out in Northampton store. Was polite and gave us all the advice we needed, told us about the offers dreams had on. He was not pushing us like some sales people do which made us comfortable and wanted to but from dreams.

Great service and informative with information. Felt like we were shown exactly what we were after and not pushed a particular product or item or up sold unnecessarily. Just good old fashioned linking needs to wants. Thank you Shani.
