Fantastic customer service and shopping experience. Our needs were listened to and we were given options to suit our budget rather than being sold the most expensive mattress.

My wife and I went in to buy a bed for my son. We were greeted by a member of staff who helped us out in Northampton store. Was polite and gave us all the advice we needed, told us about the offers dreams had on. He was not pushing us like some sales people do which made us comfortable and wanted to but from dreams.
