We entered the store after shopping around for a mattress in other stores. We had a good look around but still wasn’t sure what to purchase, a friendly shop assistant came over to us who we now know as “Big Gary” and gave us all the information on a mattress that we liked the look and feel of , he explained all about the filling and made sure that we had the correct mattress for us . Gary was so helpful that we knew this was the right one and purchased it there and then! .. thank you Big Gary ! I will certainly recommend this store 😀

I was treated with respect by the staff, My granddaughter was with me and she was made to feel included in the dialogue. My concerns over delivery and stock were answered and time was given explaining the social distancing guidelines in store!,
