I was met by a very friendly, non-pushy, knowledgeable sales assistant ( Shani) who with good humour and patience helped me to explore the suitable options available to me after assessing my needs on your computerized 'mattress assessor'.

Matthew in the Northampton branch was so friendly and helpful. He made the whole process incredibly easy: he was so knowledgeable, made recommendations based on personal experience and expressed an interest in my mum’s new home. She loved him!

We got exactly what we were looking for at a good price

I was greeted at the door immediately as first walked in by Shani, she gave a really great demo on the sleep match machine, showed us around the best choices from our sleep match results and gave us a pillow. She didn’t put any pressure on us to buy a mattress that wasn’t right for me or my partner. After choosing we one sat down, she offered us a drink and she explained all of the order. I decided to add 8 year cover and we chose a date of delivery. It was a great experience and made our choice very easy! She deserves a promotion/pay rise in my opinion because I will definitely come back for my next mattress.

Having explained my physical problems, nothing was too much trouble for the assistant who, I believe, was called Peter. I am really looking forward to my first night’s sleep on my new mattress.
