I thought the computer bed test was acurate and the member of staff Shani picked a good comparison that was not there, a memory foam model exactly like my old mattress which I described. It was easy to compare what I have to the one I bought, that I feel is a definate upgrade. I was clearly listened to. In general I was not aproached by staff in a pushy way, that I hate, but when I looked up for a member of staff one was paying atention and came over, a gentleman who's name I can't remember. I liked the fact they worked as a sales team rarther than have one person cling to me for there sales bonus. It felt very relaxed, I imagine that is great for selling beds.

The staff was very friendly and helpful even if they were to closing time they let me take my time choosing the bed and mattress that most suited me, the gentleman called Gary guided me through the understanding of the prices and the deliveries and the option available, after explaining him the budget, the size and the type of bed I wanted he quickly took me to the best option for me. Good man, good store
