We was not pestered at all by salesstaff which is great. We were allowed to look and when we needed information and help it was to hand in a friendly manor. He explained why the reclining beds were were looking for were in limited stock. But he explained the fors of the bed . How it functioned and we were told we could try the bed finder in store which we did which helped us with our desicition. the salesman was very nice , not at all pushy , very very helpfull

I thought the computer bed test was acurate and the member of staff Shani picked a good comparison that was not there, a memory foam model exactly like my old mattress which I described. It was easy to compare what I have to the one I bought, that I feel is a definate upgrade. I was clearly listened to. In general I was not aproached by staff in a pushy way, that I hate, but when I looked up for a member of staff one was paying atention and came over, a gentleman who's name I can't remember. I liked the fact they worked as a sales team rarther than have one person cling to me for there sales bonus. It felt very relaxed, I imagine that is great for selling beds.
