The young man who served us [MATT]took his time explaining all the necessary details of our purchase very professional in his approach.

I was impressed with the mattress analysing machine, but mostly the customer service. The assistant was very knowledgeable and would instantly know what to next suggest based on my feedback. He seemed to know the products better than the back of his hand, and was friendly too. It felt like barely any time had passed before I'd tried a dozen mattresses and chosen which I'd like. My receipt says his name is Charles, and this was at the Northampton Nene Valley store. He very obviously was dedicated to the job and highly experienced, with our best interests in mind.

We was not pestered at all by salesstaff which is great. We were allowed to look and when we needed information and help it was to hand in a friendly manor. He explained why the reclining beds were were looking for were in limited stock. But he explained the fors of the bed . How it functioned and we were told we could try the bed finder in store which we did which helped us with our desicition. the salesman was very nice , not at all pushy , very very helpfull
