When entering the store I was asked if I needed assistance I said I was ok and I didn’t feel uncomfortable and when I wanted assistance it was offered straight away. This is how it should be

Shani greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and advised me to use the bed that picks your mattress When complete she came straight back and talked through the options and also remembered all little things I didn't realise I'd said!

When walking into a furniture store to look for a new mattress instantly you think oh god here come the sales assistant !!! but Shani's approach to us was totally different and welcomely refreshing, she had a very warm and friendly attitude and certainly wasn't aiming for the hard sell, she guided us through a selection of mattresses and her product knowledge was incredible along with her warm personality and sense of humour, she showed a genuine interest in our needs and we think this has helped us select the perfect replacement mattress. The choice of mattresses available was wide and this allowed us compare many different products, Shani is a credit to your team and certainly the main reason we were very happy with Dreams.
