Shani came straight over to us and offered the mattress testing system which we did and then showed us which mattresses we were matched to0o - from top of the range to more budget. Her product knowledge was excellent and her ability to help us make an informed decision as to which mattress was best for us both. Was greeted by Charles as soon as we entered the store, he inquired of our needs and then proceeded too talk us through all the variations and assisted us in our choice of purchase without any sales pressure.
