Staff very helpful and friendly, invested good time and interest to provide the best product for our needs , no pressure selling, good product knowledge, good communication, some sanitisation and distancing measures In place. It was a very hot day and bottles of water was provided.

Gary was attentive as soon as I entered the store, nothing was too much trouble. I was show various different mattresses & beds and I also went on the mattress machine they have in store to determine the best mattress to suit me. After looking at a few I decided on a bed and lovely mattress. I was offered Ed refreshments several times and he was very polite and had a lovely personality.

We attended the Dreams store in Nene Valley Retail Park, upon entry there were cleaning facilities at the entrance and we were greeted soon afterwards by 'Big Gary' asking if we needed any assistance (which we did). We explained our circumstances and were prompted to find out what mattress was best suited to us by using the analysis bed (being provided with paper sheets for hygiene measures). We were provided water each and guided round all the selected choices for us. We were given all the time we wanted to go between beds at our leisure. Once chosen, we provided a number of protection options and other discounts with our purchase. Gary was a lovely and also offered some free advise around some of our sleeping issues that we had not considered, through his own experience. All in all we were very happy with our experience and hope the mattress helps with the morning aches and pains.
