Dreams - Northampton

We made 2 purchases in store (Dreams, Northampton). We bought our mattress and then returned 2 days later for the bed frame too. We have been assisted by 2 different colleagues, both of them being brilliant. I would come back to Dreams not only because of the good quality products, but specificaly for the service received. Both colleagues knew how to assist and advice the best products. We have been let to compare same product but with different specifications and at a different price, and both times we didnt feel any pressure from any of the assistants to purchase the most expensive ones. We got the best advice and they patiently gave us our time to check wht we wanted and finaly make a decision. Indeed great customer service. Thank you for that!

Didn't stock the item I wanted to try

The mattress i purchased was in the sale and when I returned to purchase the mattress it had a further reduction on the price. Exactly what I was looking for, great value for a spare bedroom mattress. The staff were friendly and it was delivered in less that a week.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable assistant…Matthew…so helpful in explaining appropriateness of different mattresses to meet our different needs in selecting our individual mattresses. We were initially overwhelmed by the wide range of choice but the patience of Matthew made us feel that we had received very comprehensive advice and therefore we felt confident in making our choice.

Customer service was much superior to other stores we went to and the fact they were not pushy at all. Choice of products good.

When we entered the store we could look around ourselves or ask to be assisted. At no time we felt pressured. We accepted the assistance which made the choice and ourchase very easy and smooth.

We were served by a pleasant man called Gary. He was helpful and didn't feel we were not pushed into anything. He was down to earth and not patronising. Witch we like.
