When we entered the store we didn’t really know what we were looking for, we weren’t even 100% sure if we were even going to buy anything there and then. We were offered help straight away, we were able to use the machine that helps detect which mattress is right for you and we were shown a range of mattresses to try. Super friendly & polite and we liked that the adviser wasn’t pushy like they sometimes can be. They had processes in place to follow the covid restrictions, we were offered a bottle of water and used a paper towel when trying out the mattresses. The item is being delivered within a week of purchase, we fully expected this to be longer! We were given really great advice & we will definitely be back to purchase the new bed frame once we’ve moved into our new home.
