We were very satisfied with our experience as we have recently moved into our first home together and wasn't sure what we were looking for. Shani talked us through different aspects to choosing a bed and mattress and got us to try the mattress tester so we knew which one was right for us and after testing out a few of them we found the perfect one. After looking round and discussing the different designs and features to the bed of our choice we finally narrowed it down to one and thanks to all the help from Shani we found our perfect bed.

Shani was very friendly and very willing to help. If she was not sure on something she didn't just say yes but double checked. She knew her products very well.
