Once we entered the shop a lovely lady called Shani approached us. Even with her mask on she was lovely and friendly and warm and welcoming. We already had an idea of what we wanted as we checked your online website. However Shani have us some great recommendations on bed designs and even recommended we try the bed program to test our backs out (sorry forgot what the machine was called). It was really refreshing to walk into a shop and be greeted with a lovely person who clearly knew her job and products. Shani talked us through different aspects to choosing a bed and mattress and got us to try the mattress tester so we knew which one was right for us and after testing out a few of them we found the perfect one. After looking round and discussing the different designs and features to the bed of our choice we finally narrowed it down to one and thanks to all the help from Shani we found our perfect bed.
