excellent service was given in the Northampton store , by csa Shani , welcome greeting, explained the store layout, & Covid procedures , she then introduced the Sleepmatch , which we declined to take up , there was no sales pressure ( which we like) & left to browse alone ,after trying a few mattresses, we found one we liked & called upon Shani to assist making the purchase .at the sales desk , Shani offered us a seat & a drink and proceeded to take the order, we were offered mattress recycling , took that up for convenient disposal, also offered guarantee & pillows, which we declined , once again there was no sales pressure , delivery was arrange in 3 days , overall a very satisfying store visit

Shani was extremely helpful during our visit, I had two children with me aged 14 & 12…she interacted with them and helped them find the best mattress for them.

Dreams colleague was very helpful and knowledgably The store had an electronic system which assisted our matrasses choice Delivery was arranged quickly, also other offers; cover explained in detail

Shani was a delight - friendly, understood what I wanted and helped when I didn't know (mattress type). This Dreams is a fair distance from me, but it had the bed I wanted to view, so worth the travel, even better with Shani as my sales assistant.

We were greeted by Charles who listened and recommended the mattress we bought didnt hurry us and was very friendly

Highly Satisfied with our Dreams shopping experience at the Northampton store! My husband and I went into Dreams to purchase two children’s mid sleeper/cabin beds for both our son and daughter. Gary the store manager helped us to decide on the right beds for our needs along with all of the right accessories to match, mattresses, quilts etc. Gary was very helpful and made us feel welcome in the store right away offering a drink of water and entertaining our 5 year old son who accompanied us on our spending spree! My husband and I both agreed that he was kind and helpful, not your typical irritating salesman that you can often come across in the sales industry! We found the store was clean and displayed well, the range of children’s beds wasn’t huge however the store isn’t as big as other Dreams stores so I guess they are limited to how much they can display, this didn’t make choosing our two beds a problem as we could view one in store and the other we could clearly see online and it’s dimensions. I would recommend Dreams it friends and family members quite happily. Thank you Gary!
