All staff seemed to follow government guidelines, keeping both themselves and the shoppers safe. The staff were welcoming and had great product knowledge, helping us find exactly what we needed quite quickly which was great. Charlie who helped us during our shop was very polite, asked whether we wanted water, provided advice and took our queries into consideration when offering products that he felt were best suited.
