The young lady we saw in your Northampton branch was very professional and knew her job role well and offered us all of the different services including a very interesting bed to help us find what mattress would suit us best, although we didn’t use that it was very nice to have been offered these services, I would defiantly say she had gone above and beyond for our visit and we are very happy with the result. We are excited for our new mattress to arrive. Social distancing was kept very well and we felt comfortable at all times with this as well as the shields she kept behind when finishing off our transaction. We are highly satisfied with our service provided from her. :)

We visited your Dreams store in Northampton on 1-9-20, we were attended to, by a very nice sales assistant, Shani, who knew exactly our requirements, and was very efficient, we were very satisfied with the 2 mattresses we purchased, we were very pleased with the customer service we received. Our Validation code is 910, also pleased with the delivery of the items, which we we're quoted Thursday 10th September.

We loved the sleepology technology in store and the advisor who helped us choose a bed and mattress was spot on with his knowledge of value, what we would be suited too and the best cost for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't expect to come out and have found a bed and mattress so easily.
