Charlie was excellent. The sleep match simplified all decision making. We had three beds to choose from and went for a hybrid. We were able to get a more modern bed to accompany the Mattress and went for electric bed which we had never considered. Thank you for water on arrival and screens at checkout. All staff so lovely.
