Matt was brilliant he asked us questions on the style of bed we were looking for and answered our questions. He demonstrated the beds storage capacity and gave us the prices for the different sizes. He aloud us to walk around and look at all the different styles. After we had come to a decision he took us to the mattress machine and informed us of what was going to happen. He then asked us about pillows and gave us one to try out on are visit. He then gave us some paper sheeting explaing that we should place the paper sheet on the bed and pillows as a safety measure. After the machine we tried the mattresses the machine had recommended and made a well informed choice. His manner was polite and cheerful during our time with him. He took us through the ordering and payment side making all seems so easy and computable. Even demonstrating the mattress cove. Five star service
