Greeted on arrival. Shani very helpful but left me in peace when I needed it. Finance sorted quickly. Delivery much quicker than I was expecting. Covid precautions well explained. Lovely friendly service. Always very satisfied with Dreams. Shop with you every 4 - 6 years.

We went just to look for mattress and frame but we been trying few mattresses and find perfect frame, so we place the order and we are very satisfied and we can not wait for our new bed :)

Stock was well laid out. We had time to browse and consider and when we were ready Matt was at hand to answer queries and arrange delivery for us.

Charlie was excellent, very knowledgeable and guided us at a very nice pace. Explained all the information from the sleepmatch machine gave a pillow to try out different mattresses, was careful with ensuring that where possible there was minimal contact with the mattresses. We went away and though about the purchase and were not put under any pressure and came back and completed it in good time.

The Dreams Assistant, Matt, was so helpful, welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. Because of the service and friendliness of Matt, my husband and I did not want or feel we needed to look elsewhere for our new bed.
