Matt our consultant listened to what we were looking for, got us to use the sleep machine to help us narrow down our mattresses options, let us decide for ourself what we wanted. Then showed us the exact frame we were looking for. We even got insurance, a mattress protector, and pillows within our initial budget. We even arranged the delivery to be delayed to fit in with our holiday. I came in thinking Dreams would be too expensive but left totally satisfied.

A great shopping experience, with a wide selection of products. As we were buying a new mattress, comfort can only be determined after delivery. Some great Black Friday pricing. No sales pressure from Little Gary & he was attentive to our needs and answered our questions.

Gary the store manager was a very nice genuine guy , who help us at every turn we needed helping. Very kind and caring and it stood out to me , most people are just interested in selling or forcing a product on you, he was patient with us and let us jump in every bed that was recommended to see which one we were completely satisfied with.
