The lady who served us was very polite and caring of my husbands medical needs , she understood that he need time to get on and off the beds we tried and was very patient and helpful.

l visited the Rugby store and wanted 2 of the same mattress but there was only 1 available and it was not clear when they would have another one so Michelle phoned round other local stores and found one available at Northampton so I was able to order that one over the phone from the Rugby store
