Felt valued as soon as we walked in the door. Matt in Northampton branch was a breath of fresh air,just exactly as a customer would like to be treated. Friendly,courteous and knowledgeable and with a smile on his face throughout. Superb customer service!!!!

I only went in with the intention of just getting an idea on price for a new mattress to replace my old Dreams mattress. Shani, who assisted us, was really knowledgeable and I ended placing an order after understanding what I really needed. The sleep test was helpful in providing options. Overall I’m super impressed and would buy from Dreams again.
