Today we purchased a bed we are really happy with. The assistant was fantastic. He goes by the name of little Gary. This was in the northampton town store. He did a fantastic job and explained everything.

Your member of staff (Matt) was very helpful and knowledgable about your products and helped us to find our most suitable option. He was not at all pushy and allowed us plenty of time to discuss our requirements and options.

On our first visit to dreams we found the staff the helpful knew the product and willing to help. After being assessed on the mattress chicken machine we looked at various mattresses and decide to purchase the one we have. And also pleased dreamsTake the military discount card.

Felt valued as soon as we walked in the door. Matt in Northampton branch was a breath of fresh air,just exactly as a customer would like to be treated. Friendly,courteous and knowledgeable and with a smile on his face throughout. Superb customer service!!!!
