Dreams - Northampton

The gentleman who served us gave us time and understanding. The purchase wasn’t rushed and he showed us a variety of products that would fulfil my sons requirements. He had a good sense of humour and understood that we would need to look elsewhere for a duvet as we were unable to feel the quality of one made by silent night.

This was our second trip to Dreams within a week, we originally bought a USB Headboard which upon delivery didn’t actually fit our bed so we returned to the store to buy a new bed base as we wanted to keep the new headboard. We knew what we wanted and Shani in the Northampton store was extremely helpful and patient with us as we ended up buying a different base to the want we went in store for. Shani was super helpful and not at all pushy, we will definitely return for any future purchases that we need.

Matt was very helpful and pointed us in the direction of the mattress thing you lay on which tells you which one is right for you, without this we wouldn’t have an idea which would be right for us. Very helpful in which bed frame and headboard would match and with existing furniture in our home
