Matt was our sales advisor and he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I liked the fact that when we needed space to speak privately he recognised this and gave it to us.

The member of staff(Mathew)knew exactly which bed we had seen online, its one that is online available only. But he was able to show us another one that was exactly the same, he wws able to say how much the one we were after was, he was very knowledgable.

The gentleman who served us gave us time and understanding. The purchase wasn’t rushed and he showed us a variety of products that would fulfil my sons requirements. He had a good sense of humour and understood that we would need to look elsewhere for a duvet as we were unable to feel the quality of one made by silent night.
