Knowledgeable, helpful staff. patient (we took a great while to choose) tried to arrange delivery options to suit us. Good COVID rules within the shop.

Gary at Northampton, was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs and was very patient and friendly. I just knew I needed a new mattress, but Gary helped to pinpoint what I actually wanted in the new mattress, and gave me several options. Literally cannot wait to take delivery of it!!

Just needed a bed base with drawers. The guy wasn't pushy for us to purchase anything else that we didn't need. Pleasant staff.
