Store assistant came over immediately and was very focused in attending to my request. It's clearly not a store you just browse round as the focus was on purchasing, which is what I'd come in to do. She explained everything thoroughly and knew her products.

Product knowledge, great customer service, patience

The service was very good. It was a good balance between leaving us alone to look and helping where needed. There is nothing worse than be pestered all the way around when you are looking. The guy had the right balance which is a skill in itself.

Good advice was given. I was able to try all available option with guidance on the best value for money and discounts. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
