I was welcomed by a delightful lady called Shani, she asked what I was looking for and took the time to listen to me. She took me to 4 different beds to try the mattress types to suit my needs. Even when I found the perfect mattress for me, Shani went over and above to show me 2 others to ensure I had made the right decision on my mattress. I did not feel pressured in to a sale and felt very well looked after throughout. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service Shani provided to me and would be very happy to recommend her to my friends and family. I did mention whilst in the store to store manager Gary, wham an excellent experience I had. Thank you Shani, you have a very good member of staff here.

Gary and Matt in the store were extremely knowledgable about the products in store and spent time helping us to explore different bed / mattress options after using the sleep match machine. It was a quick and easy process to place the order and the staff in store were able to explain offers and discounts relating to the products ordered. I am looking forward to receiving my delivery. Staff very knowledgable and helpful have brought 2 beds and a mattress

I came to you as my father needed a new mattress and it took a while as he has Altziemers but the salesman was so patient with him, it turned what I thought would be stressful into quite easy

I felt like the employee took her time to walk us through the store. Even when we were more difficult with colours and went back and forth multiple times she didn't show any hints of annoyance or anything like it. She kept being patient and checking delivery dates for us. Highly recommended and would definitely go back to the store again.
