Antibacterial gel was at the door, everyone in store wore masks. The tissue paper to use while trying the beds was also something we liked. We started off by sitting on a bed to try it out, soon after we entered we were greeted by Shani who asked us if we knew what we were looking for. She set up the mattress tester machine for us and then showed us round the beds it recommended. She was very knowledgeable on the mattresses, and she left us to discuss without her which was good. It did take us a while to decide what we wanted to do, and we liked that she circled back to us a few times to check how we were getting on. We ended up buying a mattress, two pillows, and a mattress protector. We hadn't planned on actually buying anything, but we were very happy and excited by the end of it!
