We had a very warm welcome from Gary ( store manager ) who really could not do enough for us. He actually spent time with us and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also wasn't too pushy, which is unlike most other stores we visited. The product range was brilliant, but in all honesty we purchased from Dreams because of the service we received.
