I always get my beds from dreams I always have as they last longer & there’s a choice of difficulty frames & mattress. Will continue to shop there too….

Assistant was very helpful and informative

Despite the pandemic the service was very good. Offered a bottle of water too which was much appreciated whilst wearing masks. Nice touch.

Very good selection and staff knowledge

We visited the store before New Year the Barton mattress was not a sale item. I was going to shop around. Matt, the salesperson made a very big impression for us he understood what we were after but was not at all pushy. I visited the store again to purchase the Tempur pillows he had recommended and also recommended to my daughter … with Matts help we purchased 4 pillows and a super king mattress… that is how impressed I was.

The assistant who served us was a young woman (sorry - I don’t know her name) but she had long light brown straight hair if that helps. We went into the Northampton shop on Monday 3rd January. She was excellent on every single way. She was friendly but not pushy and incredibly knowledgable. She was able to support us to find exactly what we needed with no fuss whatsoever. Thank you very much. Please do pass this on to her if you can.

The customer service was professional. Gary who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience easy for us when trying to select a mattress. We left the store feeling happy we had visited and not just purchased online without the help.
