Gary was very knowledgable and took the time to show us the bed experience machine and also asked about our needs, before showing us all Mattress options available. He then went on to help us choose a bed base, this was made easier as Gary knew which bases were on extended lead times. We made our final choice and was Offered a discount or free pillows, at no point was Gary pushy, he offered us bottled water And was happy to provide us with a written quote so that we could go away and double check our measurements. When I telephoned the store the following day, Gary allowed us to place the order over the phone. Will recommend to others

Charles Culley was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He was a good judge of character and advised my 17 years old son very well for the purchase of his mattress. He did not try to make us buy a mattress that was too expensive, and was very professional.
