Big Gary in the Northampton store provided the best customer service I could have wished for. Big thanks to him for making a large purchase much easier!

Matthew was very helpful and explain all the details of the beds and which ones he felt suites our needs best, he also showed us a variety of mattresses after completing the sleep assessment

Was shown all options of product I was looking for and delivery arranged quickly

Great customer service

The customer service advisor charles at the northampton branch i dealt with was amazing he was really down to earth and realistic with me about the products and was also discussing pros and cons about why they would suit me as a individual rather than just anyone and also took the time to listen and understand me and any worries. He also was helpful in trying to find the best deal for me and my budget in mind rather than coming across as 'just trying to get a sale'. He was very friendly with myself and my family who were present and communicated openly and honestly with all of us there even me who is young and this is my first bed purchase therefore was very clear and helpful in explaining things I may need or not know in a realistic and useful way. I cannot thank this representative enough and look forward to the bed coming as a result of the experience I had with him at the store I visited and hoping this bed will be great to support me and all my upcoming adventures one of which includes upcoming surgery and those that are yet to make themselves known.

The staff were very polite & always smiling. Courteous and helpful which goes a long way in my eyes. Matthew our sales person tried his best to provide the best price which is why I purchased 2 beds instead of the 1 I went in for originally.

We was assisted by Matt. Who was very helpful wasn’t over pushy which is what I like. We were getting the bed for my mother who Alss as I felt the same.

Very attentive and helpful sales staff

The staff were friendly. The female member of staff, I cannot recall her name (sorry) was very friendly and was helpful, pointing out mattresses she thought we'd like. She also suggested to use the mattress recommendation machine thing you have in store. She kindly explained to use what the print out meant and directed us to where our recommended mattresses were within the store. Another staff member Gary, I think he was the store manager had great knowledge of the products which was very much appreciated, it reassured us and helped us make a decision. Gary offered us a drink and was friendly and helpful. The female staff member also, ensured we kept our place in the que whilst waiting to use the mattress recommendation machine thing whilst we continued to browse the store and then came and found us when it was our turn. That was very nice of her. Gary answered our questions and showed us where some of the mattresses we were interested in were in the store.
